Breakthrough provides residential services in a variety of homes throughout the Knoxville area, including a South Knoxville neighborhood with seven fully accessible homes, a larger duplex housing option, and efficiency apartments designed to support adults with autism.
Each home is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, year-round, and typically supports up to three individuals. Our Direct Support Professionals receive specialized autism-focused training and work to provide individualized, person-centered support based on each person’s needs, goals, and preferences.
